Chafetz to Lead Panel of F&I and AI Experts at Agent Tech Event

Organizers of the inaugural AI Dealer Agent Conference announced that Peter Chafetz, national training director for Allstate Dealer Services, will lead the event’s only panel discussion, “Integrating AI in the Dealership — The AI Playbook for Dealer Agents.”

“AI tools give independent agents the scale of the big box providers with the personal touch of a neighbor,” Chafetz says. “It’s not a question of if you should begin leveraging the tools, but how much will you lose while deciding.”

Chafetz will be joined by Gavin Janis, head of Siro’s automotive division; Jeremy Kuchenbecker, the vice president in charge of AI initiatives for APCO Holdings; inride CEO Nick Perdikis; and JD Power Dealer Solutions Senior Vice President Jeff Stafford. Held at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center in Midtown Atlanta, the three-day event kicks off with an evening reception on Wednesday, Sept. 11, and “The AI Playbook” begins at 3 p.m. Thursday.

“Peter may have assembled an all-star lineup, but this is not an exhibition game,” says Tariq Kamal, president of ACE B2B and publisher of Dealer Agent News and AI Dealer News. “From F&I training and reporting to agency operations and growth, this group is going to prepare agents to win it all.”
