Automotive Compliance Education (ACE) and the AI Dealer Agent Conference have partnered to offer an exclusive ACE AI Agent certification to attendees of the inaugural event, which kicks off Wednesday, Sept. 9, at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center in Midtown Atlanta.

Attendees can qualify by successfully completing an exam based on four workshops designed to give agents an overview of AI and expertise in dealership applications, including:

• AI Learning Session I: Terminology
• AI Learning Session II: Technology — How AI Affects the Industry
• AI Learning Session III: AI and F&I — You Can’t Be in Every Finance Office, But AI Can
• AI Learning Session IV: Technology, Compliance and the Law

The session will be led by ACE’s executive director, Gil Van Over III, and attorney and Mosaic Compliance Services CEO Jim Ganther, who will also present “Technology, Compliance and the Law,” which concludes at 10:40 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 11. After a short break, Van Over and Ganther will host a 45-minute review of all four learning sessions, then the exam, which can be completed on- or offsite on any web-enabled device.

Organizers say the certification is designed to be an agency differentiator and a mark of achievement for agents.

“The keyword for AIDAC is ‘value’ — what can we offer to agents that they can’t get anywhere else?” says David Gesualdo, the event’s show chair. “Earning the ACE AI Agent certification signifies a smarter, more efficient agency, extensive knowledge of how AI works, and the ability to help dealers leverage new technology.”
