An AI-driven menu system is at the core of a newly released update to Vision Dealer Solutions’ Vision Menu Plus that was designed to improve consistency, customer engagement and decision-making.

In a release, executives say the update creates a “complete F&I ecosystem,” adding such features as VSignature digital signing, Remote Signing for offsite sales, and Advanced Reporting, a suite of customizable reporting tools.

“This isn’t about replacing the F&I manager, it’s about equipping them with a smarter, more consistent process,” writes Vice President of Sales Brad Hartsell. “What we’re seeing across the industry is that performance isn’t just driven by product, it’s driven by how the decision is structured.
