Zurich has launched Zurich Advisor IQ, an AI-powered training and coaching platform designed to record, monitor and analyze F&I conversations and deliver transaction insights in as little as 15 minutes.

The new system creates personalized coaching scenarios based on real performance gaps, strengthening needs analysis, menu presentation and customer engagement skills. It also gives dealers visibility into individual and dealership-wide metrics — including PVR, PPD and utilization — and continuously learns from new transaction data, according to a release.
