Tekion Adds Numa to AI-Native Cloud Platform

Tekion and Numa have teamed up to help dealers convert more service calls into appointments by connecting Numa’s AI Appointment Agent with Tekion’s Automotive Retail Cloud.

By automatically capturing and booking appointment directly into the ARC service module, dealers can deliver an efficient customer experience while improving data flow and reducing manual entry, executives say.
